The gift of music


Naples Philharmonic Family Concerts are specially designed to engage young audiences with an entertaining, fast-paced and interactive program. Family Concerts also take the practicalities of family life into account with low-cost tickets and a shortened running time, approximately 75 minutes with no intermission. Family Concerts make sharing the gift of live music with your family easy, rewarding and fun.

Young Person's Concert

with the Naples Philharmonic
(3rd Grade Students)

The Conductor’s Spellbook. Before becoming one of the world’s greatest stringed-instrument makers, Young Tony Stradivarius finds a magical book of spells in Daniels Pavilion and uses it to control the orchestra. A great way to introduce classical music to young audiences, The Conductor’s Spellbook focuses on the “art of science” and includes information about the science behind the music.

Magic Carpet Series

A long-standing Naples Philharmonic tradition, Magic Carpet Concerts provide children ages 3-9 with the opportunity to hear small ensembles from the Naples Philharmonic demonstrate their instruments in a fun and informative 45-minute program.

Trip to The Phil

The Naples Philharmonic celebrates a new school year by inviting local students to Hayes Hall for a full performance. A great way to introduce classical music to young people, Trip to the Phil will include selections from the greatest classical pieces.

"Tween Time"
Trip to the Phil

A program geared toward grades 5-8, this concert explores orchestral music in a way that’s relevant for today’s tween. Students will hear music from Stravinsky, Tchaikovsky and more during this exciting morning event.

Community Days

with the Naples Philharmonic
and The Baker Museum

A popular family event, Community Day is the biannual celebration of everything the arts has to offer. Come explore the entire Artis—Naples campus, with art and activities for all ages! Free activities include live music, an instrument petting zoo for kids, bilingual storytelling and access to all museum exhibitions and galleries.

One of our favorite concerts of the year pairs the professional orchestra with our talented students of the Youth Orchestra performing classical favorites.
