Murray Biggs—Master American Playwrights

Murray Biggs

Online sales of Master American Playwrights subscriptions have now ended. However, you can still be a part of this exceptional lecture series. Please call 239-597-1900, or select an individual program from this page.

Few dramatists have chronicled American society and family life with more precision than Eugene O’Neill and Tennessee Williams. With short film clips to illustrate each lecture, Yale professor and award-winning stage director Murray Biggs details these legends’ masterpieces. To make these lectures accessible for all audiences, Professor Biggs will not assume that the audience has prior knowledge of the plays.

All programming and dates are subject to change.
