Master composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim is recognized as “the greatest and perhaps best-known artist in the American musical theater" (The New York Times). Revisit projected scenes from West Side Story, Gypsy and more followed by Dick Hyman’s live piano improvisations.

Connoisseur of jazz music and the Great American Songbook, Dick Hyman's musical career has included composing, arranging, recording and performing. He wrote the scores for many motion pictures, including a dozen Woody Allen films and has recorded more than 100 albums. He musically directed the Jazz in July series at New York's 92nd Street Y for 20 years and played jazz piano with Benny Goodman and many others.
