Nominated for 72 Grammy Awards (of which he won 20) and 18 Academy Awards (winning four), Mancini’s film scores were striking and unforgettable. From his original compositions to his arrangements of popular jazz standards, Henry Mancini left an indelible mark on jazz music in America, and his music represents a perfect exclamation point on a memorable season of jazz music!
