The Naples Ballet

The Naples Ballet

The Naples Ballet  is a nonprofit organization that works in collaboration with the Naples Academy of Ballet. The company is dedicated to setting new standards for artistic excellence and promoting cultural enrichment by creating awareness of the art of dance within the Naples community.

The mission of Naples Ballet is to provide dancers of all ages with performance opportunities that meet expert standards of artistic development, instill professional values and qualities through art education and to offer free professional dance instruction through scholarship funding while serving as a training ground for local dancers possibly seeking professional careers in dance or related fields.

They showcase two major ballet productions each year. During the last eight seasons, they have shared their productions of Coppelia, Aurora’s Wedding, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Alice in Wonderland and The Nutcracker with fellow arts enthusiasts throughout Southwest Florida. Dancers age 5 and up who study at the Naples Academy of Ballet as well as area ballet studios are invited to audition each Fall and Spring for an opportunity to perform on stage.
