Wellness
by Nathan Hill
Jack and Elizabeth meet as college students in the ’90s, drawn together by Chicago’s thriving underground art scene. Two decades later, married and parenting, the two encounter a variety of challenges and trials, including cults disguised as mindfulness groups, wishful polyamorous suitors, social media wars and something called “Love Potion Number Nine.” Struggling for the first time ever to recognize each other, Jack and Elizabeth embark on personal quests to face their demons and salvage their connection before it slips away. Join Elaine Newton and author Nathan Hill, a Naples resident, as they discuss Hill’s latest novel.
Author Nathan Hill will join Elaine on-stage on both Thursday and Saturday mornings.
Please note: The Thursday lecture will be held in Daniels Pavilion. The Saturday lecture will be held in Hayes Hall.
