The holiday spirit returns to Artis—Naples as young dancers from the Naples Ballet bring Tchaikovsky’s timeless tale to life in this enchanting 75-minute performance danced to a recorded score. Follow Clara and her beloved nutcracker on their enchanting journey from a battlefield of voracious mice and valiant soldiers, across a moonlit winter landscape and into a dazzling land of sweets!
The Nutcracker will be presented in Hayes Hall with socially distanced seating.
To ensure the health and safety of our patrons, Artis—Naples has established procedures for your visit to the Kimberly K. Querrey and Louis A. Simpson Cultural Campus. The Naples Ballet is a nonprofit organization dedicated to setting new standards for artistic excellence, providing the art of ballet as a component of education and promoting cultural enrichment and awareness of the art of dance within the Naples community.
The company aims to provide dancers of all ages with performance opportunities that meet expert standards of artistic development, to instill professional values and qualities through art education and to offer free professional dance instruction through scholarship funding while serving as a training ground for local dancers possibly seeking professional careers in dance or related fields.
