How does music help to drive the story, set the tone for each scene, build an atmosphere and draw out emotional responses from the audience? In this panel discussion, Elaine Newton speaks with our industry panelists to discover what goes into scoring, selecting and recording music for a film. Filmmakers scheduled to attend include: Timo Chen (Go Back to China), Jack Everly, R. J. Daniel Hanna (Miss Virginia), Peter Michael Dowd and Akio “Jimmy” Sakurai (Mr. Jimmy).
