Our Bodies Dance:
We have always danced, driven by impulses inherent in the rhythms of the universe. Primordial urges, primitive rites sacred and secular — stylized bodily movement of the body has defined humans for millennia.
Our Minds Dance:
Since the Baroque, composers of solo sonatas, string quartets and symphonies have placed dances in contrast with abstract forms, enriching both for our pleasure.
