Dorothy Fields wrote the book and/or lyrics for numerous Broadway shows, including Annie Get Your Gun, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Up in Central Park, Sweet Charity and Redhead. She also wrote lyrics for many Hollywood musicals, such as Roberta, Swing Time and Lovely to Look At. She collaborated with composers Sigmund Romberg, Jerome Kern, Cy Coleman and Harold Arlen on numerous hit songs: The Way You Look Tonight (1936 Academy Award-winner), I Can't Give You Anything but Love, Pick Yourself Up, On the Sunny Side of the Street and Exactly Like You.
