Lyons and Harris Alcoves
For cozier gatherings, many groups choose the smaller Lyons and Harris alcoves, located on the second floor of Hayes Hall. This space can be tailored for your event, whether it be an intimate cocktail reception or a small corporate meeting space. These alcoves are tastefully appointed with original art and furnishings that are stylish but functional.

The Daniels Pavilion is an intimate black box theater — host to a variety of events including chamber concerts with the Naples Philharmonic, lectures, recitals, theater and more. The Baker Museum
The Baker Museum is one of the foremost fine arts museums in Southwest Florida. The museum hosts several traveling exhibitions annually to complement installations of works from its permanent collections. Have your guests enjoy a private evening tour or host an intimate wedding ceremony in one of the galleries.

All events at Artis—Naples are required to use the facilities’ alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. From hosted bar to espresso service, we can offer a variety of beverage options.
Directions & Parking
Parking is available in front of the building. Valet parking can be arranged for an additional fee.
Artis—Naples is barrier-free and meets all criteria established for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Wheelchair locations and seating for those with disabilities are available.
Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings, but allowed in designated areas in the gardens. Art and exhibitions may not be touched or moved. No food or beverage is allowed inside The Baker Museum. Plants may not be moved. All equipment (staging, dance floors, décor, pianos, meeting materials, etc.) must be removed immediately after the event concludes. All amplified music must be approved in advance by the Event Services Department.
Naples Philharmonic musicians may be hired to provide music for your guests. Audio-visual services, tickets, traffic control, stagehands, equipment rental, additional security and ushers can be arranged for an additional fee.
