Grand Lobby

Hayes Hall

Step through the Albert Paley-designed entrance doors into the elegance of the Hayes Hall Grand Lobby. With its soaring ceiling, twin staircases, Italian marble floors, Palladian columns and gorgeous art galleries, the Grand Lobby is the epitome of grace and style and is the perfect setting for a range of events.

Auditorium

Hayes Hall

The Hayes Hall Auditorium has hosted international corporate conferences, awards ceremonies, major political forums and other events. The Hayes Hall Auditorium is visually stunning and acoustically rich. Professional technical staff to fully support your event.

Galleries

Hayes Hall

The Kohan and Drackett Galleries, located on the lower level of the Hayes Hall Lobby, are elegant, art-filled spaces for:

     Sit-down events for up to 80
     Stand-up receptions for up to 100


Daniels Pavilion

The Daniels Pavilion is an intimate black box theater—host to a variety of events including chamber concerts with the Naples Philharmonic, lectures, recitals, theater and more. The Pavilion’s seating is removable, so the room can be transformed into a dining room, a dance floor, a festive reception area and more.

Norris Garden

Located between Hayes Hall and The Baker Museum, this garden oasis features a beautiful blend of nature and sculpture. Walk through Albert Paley’s magnificent metal entrance gates and be transported to another world.

Figge Conservatory

“The Dome”

The unique glass dome at the entrance to The Baker Museum offers a unique setting for your event.

     Sit-down meals for up to 110
     Stand-up receptions for up to 350


Toni Stabile Classrooms

This education center features various-sized, modern classrooms perfect for corporate meetings, lectures, seminars or receptions. Seating for 100 classroom-style with double projection, wireless microphone and surround-sound. Smaller rooms are also available.

Catering

Labor

Please note Hayes Hall and Daniels Pavilion are “Union Houses” and IATSE Local 647 rates/rules apply. Estimate provided upon request, based on show needs.

Beverages

All events at Artis—Naples are required to use the facilities’ alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. From hosted bar to espresso service, we can offer a variety of beverage options.

Directions & Parking

Parking is available in front of the building. Valet parking can be arranged for an additional fee.

Disabled Access

Artis—Naples is barrier-free and meets all criteria established for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Wheelchair locations and seating for those with disabilities are available.

Dance Floors

A dance floor can be rented for your reception for an additional charge.

Payment Policy

A signed contract, along with full payment of the space rental fee and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required to reserve a specific rental date.

Closing Time

All events must conclude by 12am. Set-up time for Hayes Hall and buy-outs will be accommodated.

General Policies

Smoking is prohibited inside the buildings, but allowed in designated areas in the gardens. Art and exhibitions may not be touched or moved. No food or beverage is allowed inside The Baker Museum. Plants may not be moved. All equipment (staging, dance floors, décor, pianos, meeting materials, etc.) must be removed immediately after the event concludes. All amplified music must be approved in advance by the Event Services Department.

Rental Policy

All catering, beverage, floral, linens, entertainment, décor, lighting, rental items, audio visual, etc. must be contracted and managed through Venuelux. This ensures a smooth planning process with one-point of contact and a successful event.

Additional Services

Naples Philharmonic musicians may be hired to provide music for your guests. Audio-visual services, tickets, traffic control, stagehands, equipment rental, additional security and ushers can be arranged for an additional fee.
