Music Makers Youth Symphonia Camp
Safety Protocols
- Masks are optional for camp participants. Students who are unable to attend one or more days of camp due to COVID shall have tuition fees refunded on a pro rata basis.
Application Process
- Please complete the application with the link above.
- Once the application is submitted, you will be notified of acceptance or decline within 5-7 business days.
- In order to allow for appropriate social distancing, space is limited to approximately 25 students.
- Students who are not currently members of the Naples Philharmonic Youth Symphonia will be required to submit a video audition with their registration.
- 1 prepared solo piece of student choice. This piece should demonstrate the student’s musical and technical abilities.
- One 2 (or 3) octave scale of student choice.
Tuition
$200. Financial assistance is available based on need.
Naples Philharmonic Youth Symphonia members and other exceptional young string players ages 10 to 17 are welcome to join in this one-week chamber-music-intensive program, culminating in a free Friday evening concert for the public. Led by Naples Philharmonic Violinist and Naples Philharmonic Youth Symphonia director Gregg Anderson, the concert will include classical, pop and film soundtrack selections.
Schedule
Students will rotate between chamber music and string orchestra rehearsals.
