Ticket Policy

Valid Tickets

Only Artis—Naples sells valid tickets to performances at Artis—Naples.

Sometimes, a third-party website or vendor may offer to “broker” tickets for our events to you. Please only purchase Artis—Naples event tickets directly through us. Artis—Naples is not responsible for tickets purchased from online resellers (ticket scalpers). Tickets purchased from other sources may be more expensive and — most importantly — invalid.

In order to reduce fraudulent and unofficial ticket activity, we will require ID at will call for all out-of-state purchases.

Purchase Limits

There is a limit of eight (8) tickets per performance per person and per credit card (regardless of the number of transactions). Credit cards with a billing address outside of Florida will be limited to four (4) tickets. We reserve the right to cancel ticket orders from Florida if they are purchased for resale without further notice. Any tickets purchased above the limit will be voided without further notice.

Groups of 10 or more may place advance orders for tickets and will receive preferential seating based on availability. Please visit our Group Tickets page for details.

Ticket Exchanges and On-Account Balance Policies

Exchanges will be accommodated up to 48 hours in advance of each performance. Series subscribers and annual donors of $1,600 or more exchange with no fees. Non-subscribers may exchange for a $12 per-ticket fee. Tickets may be donated up to two hours prior to the performance.

If an exchange is for a higher-priced ticket, you are responsible for the additional cost. If an exchange is for a lower-priced ticket, the balance must be used at the time of exchange or will be donated to Artis—Naples.

Subscriber Exchange Week

September 9-13, 2024
Subscribers and donors of $1,600 or more have the exclusive opportunity to exchange tickets into other performances before individual tickets go on sale to the general public.

Two Ways to Exchange:

1. Email: Send an email to patronservices@artisnaples.org.
Please use the name of the event as the email subject line. Include your Patron ID# (the set of numbers found in the top-left corner of your ticket stub or ticket receipt), original performance date, the seat locations to be exchanged and the new date you prefer to attend. Please destroy your original tickets upon receipt of email confirmation.

2. Phone: Please call 239-597-1900.

We want you to have the best possible experience this season. Please feel free to contact us with your suggestions or concerns.

Gift Certificates

Artis—Naples offers gift certificates for all programs, including Lifelong Learning events and The Baker Museum admission. Gift certificates may be purchased and redeemed online, in-person at the Hayes Hall Box Office or by phone.
