For Those with Mobility Needs
A patron services representative will be happy to assist with any special seating needs when you purchase your tickets. Courtesy wheelchairs are available at the main entrance of Hayes Hall (an easy drop-off location). There are accessible restrooms on both floors of Hayes Hall and in Daniels Pavilion. Patrons with limited mobility or who prefer to park on the Kimberly K. Querrey and Louis A. Simpson Cultural Campus should plan on arriving early for performances to allow themselves plenty of time to find a parking spot.
For the Deaf or Hearing Impaired
Artis—Naples has a hearing loop system so people with hearing aids and cochlear implants with telecoil technology will have amplified sound sent directly to their devices when activated for events in Hayes Hall, Daniels Pavilion, Rowe Center and Ubben Signature Event Space. Wireless listening devices are also available free of charge.
For Those with Sensory Sensitivities
Artis—Naples is Sensory Inclusive Certified through KultureCity to support guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags containing noise-reducing headphones, fidget tools, visual cue cards and more may be checked out at the patron desk, free of charge, by patrons of all ages. These tools help reduce sensory overload and create a more comfortable experience during performances and other activities on our cultural campus. When finished, patrons are asked to return sensory bags to the patron desk so staff can clean and prepare them for the next use.
