The Naples Philharmonic Youth Chorus (NPYC) provides young singers ages 6–18 performance opportunities including performances with the Naples Philharmonic in Hayes Hall and at distinct community events. The NPYC includes singers in elementary, middle and high school with unchanged voices. NPYC rehearses in groups divided by age and ability on Monday evenings on the Artis—Naples Kimberly K. Querrey and Louis A. Simpson Cultural Campus. There are three ensembles of the Naples Philharmonic Chorus based on age and ability:

Cadet Choir is for 1st through 3rd grade singers. At this level, children participate in basic vocal development activities, note reading, rhythmic movement activities and simple choral score study. No placement is required for this level.

Concert Choir is for singers in 4th grade and above. This is an intermediate-level choir that focuses on two and three-part treble singing. In this ensemble, particular emphasis is on music reading, vocal techniques and rhythm studies. This level performs with the Naples Philharmonic and the Naples Philharmonic Chorus.

Chamber Choir is the most musically advanced ensemble of the Naples Philharmonic Youth Chorus. This ensemble focuses on music reading skills, exposure to diverse works and advanced treble literature. This level performs with the Naples Philharmonic and the Naples Philharmonic Chorus.
