Planned Giving
Planned gifts can help you fulfill your personal financial goals and desire to support Artis—Naples
Creatively structured to provide tax advantages and benefit you and your family, planned gifts allow donors to support the institution they love at a higher level than they may have thought possible.
There are many different ways to give. From a simple bequest to more complex arrangements, we welcome the opportunity to assist you and your advisors in planning a contribution that suits your needs.
With a little planning, you can leave a legacy that will ensure that high-quality performing and visual arts are available for generations to come.

The Artis—Naples Endowment Fund provides critical annual support, while helping to ensure the long-term financial health of the organization. In keeping with best practices, all gifts are invested carefully, and only a portion of the investment income from endowment gifts is allocated annually, leaving the principal intact.
When the Future—Forward campaign was launched in 2016, increasing the endowment was the primary goal. With generous support from our Board of Directors, we have surpassed the goal and effectively doubled the size of the endowment since 2011. At $100 million, Artis—Naples has one of the largest endowments in Florida for non-educational nonprofits. Endowment donors have the satisfaction of knowing that, through their contribution, they are leaving a legacy that provides the gift of artistic expression to future generations.
Parts of the endowment have been set aside for specific programmatic areas, based on the donor intent. The Naples Philharmonic Pops Series has an endowment, as do the Naples Philharmonic Youth Orchestra and Naples Philharmonic Youth Chorus. The Sharon and Timothy Ubben Music Director endowment guarantees exemplary artistic leadership well beyond Andrey Boreyko’s tenure in the role, and John and Joanne Fisher have endowed the role of the CEO and President.
Donors may endow a specific named fund in various program areas with gifts of $1 million and over. Additional named opportunities exist, and donors have the option of directing their Endowment Fund gift of less than $1 million to such specific interest funds as:
Museum Endowment
Established in 1999, the Museum Endowment Fund is an investment in the future of The Baker Museum and our visual arts community.
Orchestra Endowment
Established in 1990 as a long-term investment in the life of the Naples Philharmonic, the Orchestra Endowment Fund ensures that the continued high-quality of the orchestra’s artistry, while helping its administrators recruit the finest musicians, conductors and visiting artists.
General Endowment
Gifts to the General Endowment help support the Artis—Naples educational programming as well as organizational and operational infrastructure.
