Norris Garden

Norris Garden defines an enhanced, tranquil and inviting space that reflects the coastal lifestyle of Southwest Florida. Located between The Baker Museum and Hayes Hall, this venue is beautiful in architecture as well as landscape design. This inviting and flexible space can be used for outdoor luncheons, dinners, receptions and a range of events and other activities. Hosts at this venue will also have access to a dedicated lobby for welcoming guests.
John and Jeanne Rowe Performance and Learning Center

The first floor of The Baker Museum expansion includes a space designed to reflect the multidisciplinary creation, curation and education that is at the heart of the Artis—Naples mission. Flexible in its function, the John and Jeanne Rowe Performance and Learning Center may host luncheons, dinners, receptions, lectures, visual art workshops, rehearsals, private performances or a wide range of other activities and events. This room is designed with first-class acoustics and stunning interior finishes, and it features state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.
Sharon and Timothy Ubben Signature Event Space

Already one of the most in-demand event spaces in all of Naples, the elegant Sharon and Timothy Ubben Signature Event Space on the second floor of The Baker Museum expansion is flexible, accommodating visual arts, performing arts, education and private events alike. Designed with exceptional acoustics, it provides an intimate venue for luncheons, dinners, receptions, parties, rehearsals, private performances and a range of programs and events. It offers a dedicated service kitchen for catering and a dedicated lobby for welcoming guests. Stellar views to the west and a private balcony to the south distinguish this elegant space.
Nancy and Lanny Baird Terrace

This sophisticated third-floor event space offers stunning views to the west that include a sliver of the Gulf of Mexico and are perfect for a special sunset event. A pergola identifies the space and connects it to the natural Southwest Florida setting.
Hayes Hall

• Seated events on stage for up to 230
• State-of-the-art sound system
• Full range of lighting equipment
Hayes Hall hosts performances, corporate conferences, awards ceremonies, major political forums and other important events. Host your occasion on a stage fit for the Naples Philharmonic, the Vienna Philharmonic, the Broadway hit Hamilton and performing legends such as Diana Ross, Tony Bennett and the Beach Boys. Hayes Hall is visually stunning and acoustically rich.
Daniels Pavilion

Daniels Pavilion is an intimate black box theater — host to a variety of events, including chamber concerts with the Naples Philharmonic, lectures, recitals, theater and more. The pavilion’s theater seating is retractable, so the room can be transformed into a dining room, a dance floor or a festive reception area for weddings and more.
Hayes Hall Frank Foyer

• Standing receptions for up to 800
Step through the Paley Ribbons into the elegance of the Frank Foyer, Hayes Hall’s grand lobby. With its soaring ceiling, twin staircases, Italian marble floors, Palladian columns and gorgeous art galleries, the grand lobby is the perfect setting for a range of events.
Hayes Hall Galleries
• Seated events for up to 108 each
• Standing receptions for up to 150 each
• Capacities vary based on museum exhibitions
The Kohan and Drackett galleries, located on the lower level of the Hayes Hall Frank Foyer, are elegant art-filled spaces that lend themselves to a range of events. Guests can enjoy the artworks displayed in The Newell and Friends of Artis—Naples galleries upstairs for an expanded experience. Catering is available in the first floor galleries only.
Hayes Hall Box Tier

The Hayes Hall Box Tier is located on the second floor of Hayes Hall overlooking the Hayes Hall Frank Foyer. This space can be used for receptions, luncheons and dinners.
Lyons and Harris Rooms
• Seated events for up to 14
• Standing receptions for up to 20
For cozier gatherings, many groups choose the smaller Lyons and Harris rooms, located on the second floor of Hayes Hall. These spaces can be tailored for your event, whether it be an intimate cocktail reception or a small corporate meeting. The rooms are tastefully appointed with original art and furnishings that are stylish but functional.
Case Garden

Located between Hayes Hall and the Kohan Administration Building, this garden oasis features an intimate blend of nature and sculpture.
Kohan Administration Board Room
• Boardroom seating for up to 60
Located in the Kohan Administration Building, the boardroom is an intimate and elegant location well-suited for meetings, conferences, lectures and presentations. This space comes equipped with modern technical equipment with a ceiling-recessed screen and projection system.
Toni Stabile Classrooms
• Classroom-style seating for up to 100
This education center features modern classrooms of varying sizes, perfect for corporate meetings, lectures, seminars or receptions, with double projection, wireless microphone and stereo sound.

Artis—Naples offers a variety of special services and rentals, including but not limited to, tables, chairs, linens, audio, visual, lighting and production equipment. In addition to these offerings, Artis—Naples proudly partners with Artistic Science and Botanicals on the Gulf.
Artistic Science is a full-service production and creative design company specializing in events and multimedia productions. With the latest in production ideas, technologies and techniques, Artistic Science helps entertain, inform, motivate and deliver an experience that will make a lasting impression.
Botanicals on the Gulf is one of Naples' premier wedding and event floral designers, using flowers from South America, Holland, New Zealand and California. Botanicals' passion for flowers and commitment to quality helps them create custom and unique floral arrangements for any occasion.
Nonprofit Community Partnership Program
Artis—Naples supports the important and impactful work of other nonprofit organizations in Collier County through our annual Nonprofit Community Partnership Program. Through this program, Artis—Naples provides complimentary use of space on our cultural campus to a limited number of local nonprofits for events, fundraisers and other activities.
