How to Read Your Ticket

How to Read Your Ticket

1Your Account Number

Your Account Number is a unique number and helps us identify you easily. Your Account Number appears on all of your tickets. Cite this number when speaking with an Artis—Naples patron services representative. If you purchase your tickets online, you may also access your account to review your purchase history, make changes to your address, and more.

2Venue

Most of Artis—Naples' ticketed events take place in either Hayes Hall, Daniels Pavilion or the Toni Stabile Building. Please refer to our Kimberly K. Querrey and Louis A. Simpson Cultural Campus map for information about these venues.

3Ticket Class

This line indicates whether the ticket was purchased for an Adult, Child, Guest or as part of a Subscription.

4Date of Event

Many of our performances take place over multiple showings. Even the same day may have multiple times. Please review your ticket to ensure the date of the event you selected is in fact the one you wish to attend.

5Event Code

This is an internal code we use to keep track of the event in our database. It is a shorthand for the title of the event. In this example, 131PO4T means "2013-14 Season; Pops #4, A Tribute to Marvin Hamlisch; Tuesday". You will not need to know this number when you communicate with us.

6Seat Number

This is the row and number of your seat. To view a map of our venue halls, please refer to our seating charts page.

7Order Number

This is a unique number associated with your purchase.

8Usher Scan Code

When an Artis—Naples usher scans your ticket, this code will be entered into our records. Please ask one of the ushers upon your arrival if you have a question about your seats. If you need assistance before the performance date, an Artis—Naples patron services representative may ask you for this number.

9Venue Seating Section

Our venue halls are divided into sections. To view a map of our venue halls, please refer to our seating charts page.

10Patron Services Representative

This is the name of the patron services representative who assisted you with your purchase.
