Artis—Naples Broadway Series
Hamilton is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Secretary of the Treasury. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and Broadway, Hamilton is the story of America then, as told by America now.
With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler and musical supervision and orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on Ron Chernow’s biography of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
The Hamilton creative team previously collaborated on the 2008 Tony Award®-winning winning Best Musical In the Heights.
Hamilton features scenic design by David Korins, costume design by Paul Tazewell, lighting design by Howell Binkley, sound design by Nevin Steinberg, hair and wig design by Charles G. LaPointe, casting by Telsey + Company, Bethany Knox, CSA, and general management by Baseline Theatrical.
The musical is produced by Jeffrey Seller, Sander Jacobs, Jill Furman and The Public Theater.
The Hamilton Original Broadway Cast Recording is available everywhere nationwide. The Hamilton recording received a 2016 Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album.

Hamilton Ticket Lottery
There will be 40 tickets available at $10 apiece for each Hamilton performance through a digital lottery. You can enter the lottery through the official Hamilton app or online.
Digital Lottery Details
The lottery opens at 11am two days prior to each performance and closes at 9am the day before. Notifications will be sent at approximately 11am, and the purchase window for tickets will be from 11:01am to 4pm the day prior to the performance. The lottery for the opening Hamilton performance on January 1, 2020 opens on Sunday, December 29, at 11am.
The digital lottery is randomized, and the order of entry has no effect on your chances of winning. Winners will be notified via email shortly after the lottery closes with a link to purchase the tickets. Winners will have until 4pm to pay for their tickets with a credit card online through the Hamilton app or website. Tickets not claimed in this manner will be forfeited. Winners must pick up their tickets at the Artis—Naples Box Office with a valid photo ID that matches the name drawn. There is a limit of one entry per person, and each winner can purchase two tickets.
A warning about unofficial ticket sellers
The only official website for purchasing tickets is this website, artisnaples.org. More specifically, the page you are on right now. Bookmark it, if you wish. We encourage patrons to avoid using a search engine to search for Hamilton tickets, which may pull up unofficial (and scam) results. If you purchase tickets from any third-party seller, Artis—Naples cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid, and you may be denied admission to the performance. If you buy tickets from anybody but us, we cannot reprint or replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen, nor are we able to contact you with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates. And, ultimately, it is quite likely you will end up paying excessive fees that are often double or triple the face value of the ticket.
Fraudulent Facebook events may be created in order to push purchasers to third-party websites. Make sure the link you click is actually to our website, artisnaples.org — and that it is spelled correctly. Our website is the only official online ticketing outlet for this and all Artis—Naples events.
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be available through official Artis—Naples channels: online, by phone and in-person at the Artis—Naples Box Office. Only tickets purchased directly from Artis—Naples at artisnaples.org, 800-597-1900, 239-597-1900 or at the Artis—Naples Box Office are guaranteed to be legitimate tickets for the Naples engagement of Hamilton.
Are there any discounts available?
There are no discounts available for Hamilton tickets.
How many tickets can I buy?
There is a strict limit of four (4) tickets per account for single ticket buyers. All orders will be checked before tickets are mailed, and orders may be cancelled if we discover duplicate accounts, bots or other means used to circumvent the four-ticket limit.
Do all four tickets need to all be for the same performance or price level?
No. You may split your tickets between different performances and price levels.
Are Broadway subscription tickets still available?
Subscriptions for the Artis—Naples 2019-20 Broadway series are not available.
Are there group tickets available if I want to purchase more than the ticket limit?
Group tickets are not available for Hamilton.
Can I get on a waiting list for tickets?
No. There is no waiting list for Hamilton tickets.
How can I request a donation for Hamilton tickets for my fundraiser?
We are unable to accommodate donation requests for Hamilton.
Will I be able to pick my seats?
Tickets purchased online, by phone or in-person at the Artis—Naples Box Office will be assigned by the ticketing system based on the best available seat(s) at the time of your purchase.
When will I receive my tickets?
On the date of your purchase, you’ll receive an email or printed confirmation of your order. Tickets will be mailed on or around December 10. All Hamilton tickets will be mailed to the address specified in your account. Digital delivery is not available.
Hamilton is recommended for ages 13 and older. The show contains some strong language and non-graphic adult situations. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Is there an American Sign Language-interpreted performance?
Yes, the performance on Sunday, January 5, at 2pm.
Do you provide accessibility services?
Yes. Handicapped-accessible seating may be purchased in-person, by phone and online. Detailed information about all Artis—Naples accessibility services is available at: artisnaples.org/visit/accessibility
A Patron Services representative will be happy to assist with any special seating needs when you purchase your tickets. Courtesy wheelchairs are available at the main entrance of Hayes Hall (an easy drop-off location). There are accessible restrooms on both floors of Hayes Hall and in Daniels Pavilion. Patrons with limited mobility or who prefer to park on campus should plan on arriving early for performances to allow themselves plenty of time to find a parking spot.
What are my options for assistive listening devices?
Artis—Naples has installed a hearing loop so that people with hearing aids and cochlear implants with telecoil technology will have crystal-clear sound sent directly to their devices when activated. No matter where you sit in the hall, whether in the front row or in a box in the rear, the sound is robust. Wireless listening devices are also available free of charge. Visit the Patron Desk in the lobby of Hayes Hall or contact a member of the usher staff upon entering the Daniels Pavilion to reserve a device or inquire about the hearing loop system. In addition, we are pleased to provide, upon advance request, sign interpreters for specific performances.
What are partial-view or obstructed seats?
Partial-view and obstructed seats are in locations that may have an obstructed view of the full stage.
I found tickets online that are twice as expensive as your listed prices. What gives?
If you search “Hamilton Naples,” you will likely find many reseller sites advertising Hamilton tickets at prices higher than those of our official site. Be aware of what site you are on before you make any purchase. Only tickets purchased directly from Artis—Naples at artisnaples.org, 239-597-1900, 800-597-1900, or in-person at the Artis—Naples Box Office are guaranteed to be legitimate tickets for the Naples engagement of Hamilton. Patrons who purchase from a ticket broker or third party should be aware that Artis—Naples is unable to reprint or replace lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance, and that they run the risk of overpaying or purchasing fraudulent tickets.
What happens if I buy from a third-party reseller or broker?
When you buy from a non-official source:
- Artis—Naples cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
- Artis—Naples cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.
- Artis—Naples cannot replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.
- Artis—Naples cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations or other information.
- Artis—Naples cannot issue a refund to you in case of an event cancellation.
- You may be paying much more than the ticket’s face value.
Can I resell my tickets if I cannot attend?
Pursuant to s.817.36, Florida Statutes, an Artis—Naples ticket may not be offered or resold for more than $1 over the face value of the ticket. Significant penalties apply. We regularly monitor resale sites and void sales when we discover violations of our resale policy and/or the statute. Tickets are a revocable license. Tickets found for sale on the secondary market, through third parties or brokers, or accounts found to have exceeded maximum allotments will have all their tickets cancelled.
Protect your tickets after you receive them.
Each ticket has a one-of-a-kind barcode, and your tickets can be compromised if you share your tickets and personal information online. You can still share your excitement online — just make sure to #CoverTheCode by covering the bar code and any other personal information on your ticket while taking pictures!
Will there be a lottery during the engagement?
There will be 40 tickets available at $10 apiece for each Hamilton performance through an electronic lottery. The lottery is managed by “Hamilton – The Official App.” Details about the lottery can be found on this page, in the Ticket Lottery tab.
What if I can’t attend the performance I purchased?
Since all sales are final, we are unable to offer refunds. Be sure to check the following information before completing your purchase: performance title, day, date, time and number of tickets. Tickets can be donated to Artis—Naples. Artis—Naples is a 501(c)(3) corporation and your donation is tax-deductible.
What if I can’t find my tickets or they get lost in the mail?
Tickets will be mailed on or around December 10, 2019. Tickets that have not been received, for any reason, including lost or stolen, will be reprinted with a new, one-of-a-kind barcode and held at Will Call under the original account holder’s name. They may be picked up with a valid photo ID beginning two hours prior to the performance start time on the performance date only. No exceptions. Name changes on tickets are not permitted.
Does Artis—Naples mail tickets internationally?
Artis—Naples does not mail tickets internationally. All orders placed with an international mailing address will be held at the Artis—Naples Box Office for pickup beginning two hours before the scheduled performance.
What is the running time for Hamilton?
The running time is two hours and 45 minutes, including intermission.
Is the original Broadway cast performing in the tour?
No. The Naples engagement of Hamilton is part of the national tour. Casting for the tour reflects the same talent, attention to detail and high quality as the Broadway production.
