The Chladni Sound Bath Meditation The Arc of Resonance

Erica Nagel, certified sound therapy practitioner and owner of 1111 Sound Healings

Building on the success of last season’s sound bath meditations, this immersive 90-minute experience integrates live sound meditation instrumentation and real-time visual translation, now with the addition of near-field biofeedback to reveal the geometry within resonance. Symphonic gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes unfold throughout the space, creating a multisensory journey that supports deep listening and expanded awareness. Sessions are led by certified sound therapy practitioner Erica Nagel. After each session, guests are invited to engage in an optional 30-minute instrument and methodology exploration. No prior meditation experience is required — only a receptive presence. Please bring a yoga mat or a sleeping mat.

Erica Nagel

Erica Nagel

Erica Nagel is a sound therapy practitioner and the founder of 1111 Sound Healings, an immersive meditation practice based in Naples, Florida. Certified by Yoga Alliance — the largest nonprofit professional organization for yoga in the United States — Nagel is trusted by visionary leaders in healthcare, wellness, hospitality and spirituality. Her offerings span intimate one-on-one sessions, site-specific installations, group immersions and public series. Nagel has worked with mindful-centric brands Alo, Marriott Autograph Collections, Lee Health and YMCA.

Her work invites participants into a multisensory experience where sound becomes a medium for stillness, presence, and inner connection. Using instruments such as deep, resonant Chinese wind gongs, Himalayan double chalices, quartz crystal singing bowls, quartz crystal tetrahedron Merkaba instruments and Solfeggio tuning forks, she creates vibrational landscapes that can be heard, felt and sensed — on a cellular level and beyond.

Each experience is carefully attuned to the energy of the space and the people within it. Through the language of frequency, she guides the nervous system from overdrive into deep delta rest — awakening clarity, emotional release and a return to harmonic existence. At the heart of her work is a simple, powerful invitation: to immerse in a full-body listening experience and to remember that inner peace is a birthright.

Ernst Chladni

Ernst Chladni

Ernst Florens Friedrich Chladni was born on November 30, 1756, in Wittenberg, Germany. Though he initially studied law at his father's urging, Chladni’s true passion lay at the intersection of science and music — a rare fusion that would define his life's work. After his father's death, Chladni turned his focus to physics and acoustics. In 1787, he published his groundbreaking work Entdeckungen über die Theorie des Klanges (Discoveries on the Theory of Sound), introducing what are now known as Chladni figures — the visual patterns formed by sound vibrations.
