Three remarkable musicians, three iconic composers and three diverse expressive languages come together in this compelling program by Trio Bohémo. The concert opens with Haydn’s Piano Trio in C Major, exemplifying the elegance and structural clarity of the classical era. Smetana’s Piano Trio in G Minor introduces exotic tones and deep emotional currents, offering a stark contrast with its rich, narrative quality. The program culminates with Brahms’ Piano Trio No. 1 in B Major, blending lyrical beauty with profound philosophical depth. Trio Bohémo, acclaimed for their synergy and interpretative brilliance, brings these works to life, offering a captivating and dynamic performance that showcases the rich versatility of the piano trio repertoire.

Trio Bohémo
Trio Bohémo
Shortly after forming in 2019, Trio Bohémo’s talent and deep musicality became apparent. After causing a stir at the Gianni Bergamo Award in Switzerland, the trio was accepted into the “Le Dimore del Quartetto” network, which later awarded them the Ensemble of the Year 2021 prize. That summer, they received several special prizes at the ISA Festival in Austria. A few days later, they won first prize in the International Filippo Nicosia Award in Italy.
In recent years, Trio Bohémo has continued to achieve success on the international competition circuit and with debuts, which have included the Vienna Musikverein, Wigmore Hall in London and Stoller Hall in Manchester, England. They performed at numerous festivals such as the Prague Spring, Schwarzwald Musikfestival and in Gent at the Festival van Vlaanderen.
Trio Bohémo was a member of the European Chamber Music Academy from 2020 to 2022 and studied under the direction of Hatto Beyerle, Johannes Meissl, Patrick Jüdt and Avedis Kouyoumdjian.
