Guided by Miliotes’ expertise, you’ll learn the art of blind tasting while uncovering the stories and craftsmanship behind each bottle. Includes:

George Miliotes

One of fewer than 300 master sommeliers in the world, George Miliotes is a passionate educator and wine expert known for his deep knowledge and global perspective. He travels annually to top wine regions — from France to South Africa — to discover unique selections and build relationships with vintners, often helping create custom blends. Miliotes earned his master sommelier title in 2007 after passing a series of rigorous exams. From 2002 to 2016, he oversaw wine culture for Darden restaurants including The Capital Grille and co-founded Seasons 52, shaping award-winning wine lists and mentoring service teams. Today, he brings his expertise to Wine Bar George at Disney Springs — the only Florida wine bar led by a master sommelier — offering adventurous by-the-glass lists that reflect his global approach and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
