Discover the motion of ocean waves and currents through vivid examples in classical music. In this lecture presentation, we will use carefully curated classical music to hear the difference between surface and internal waves, the motion of northern and southern ocean gyres and the sounds of ocean stratification. Repertoire includes music by Debussy, Bach, Glass and Mendelssohn.
