1 ] Open your digital ticket wallet.
On your smartphone, open a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. Enter wallet.artisnaples.org in the address bar, or select the digital wallet link provided in your order confirmation email.
2 ] Log in to your account.
Enter the email address and password associated with your Artis—Naples account. You can then log in using your password or select Request an Access Code via Email to receive a six-digit access code by email.

3 ] Select your event and open your tickets.
Your upcoming performances and events with digital tickets will appear in your digital ticket wallet. Select the event you are attending to view your tickets and seating information.
Your QR code will become available 90 minutes before the performance or event. If you open your ticket before then, you will still be able to view your ticket information. The QR code will appear automatically once it becomes available.
When you arrive for the performance, open the ticket on your smartphone and present the QR code to be scanned for entry.

Before You Arrive
- Open your digital ticket wallet on your smartphone before arriving and make sure you are logged in.
- Do not print or take a screenshot of your digital ticket. The QR code refreshes automatically for security, so screenshots or printouts will not be valid for entry.
- You may add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for convenient access.
- Make sure your smartphone is charged and ready to display your tickets when you arrive.
- If members of your party will be arriving separately, share their tickets with them in advance.
Sharing Digital Tickets
- Open the performance or event in your digital ticket wallet.
- Select Share Tickets.
- Choose the ticket or tickets you want to share.
- Enter your guest’s name and confirm your selection.
- Send the ticket link to your guest by text or email.
Your guest will need to open the link and sign in to access the shared ticket. If your guest does not already have an Artis—Naples account, they will be prompted to create one.
If members of your party are arriving separately, we recommend sharing tickets before you arrive.

FAQ
Do I need to download an app?

Is my order confirmation email my ticket?
No. Your order confirmation provides information about your purchase and a link to your digital ticket wallet. To enter using a digital ticket, you will need to open the ticket in your digital ticket wallet and present its QR code on your smartphone.
I have tickets to multiple performances. Why don’t all of them appear in my digital ticket wallet?
Your digital ticket wallet only displays performances and events for which your tickets were issued as digital tickets. Tickets delivered by another method will not appear in the wallet.
I opened my ticket, but I don’t see a QR code. What should I do?
Your QR code will become available 90 minutes before the performance or event. Before then, you may still see your event, ticket and seating information. The QR code will appear automatically once it becomes available.
Can I print my digital ticket?
No. Digital tickets cannot be printed for entry. The QR code refreshes automatically for security and must be presented on your smartphone.
Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No. Because the QR code refreshes automatically, screenshots are not valid for entry. You must present the ticket directly in your digital wallet when you arrive.
What happens when someone shares a ticket with me?
Open the link you received and sign in to your Artis—Naples account to access the shared ticket. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one. Once accepted, the ticket will appear in your digital ticket wallet.
What if I shared a ticket with someone and they can’t find it?
