Brian Zepeda
Brian Zepeda is a member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and a well-established artist. He was born in Naples, Florida and spent a good deal of his childhood in a Seminole village learning traditional arts and culture. He is known for his beadwork as well as his photography. In 2024, Zepeda received the silver award from the Florida Magazine Association’s prestigious Charlie Awards for his photograph Ghost Orchid.
Zepeda specializes in landscapes and wildlife subjects, and has served on the Florida Folk Arts Council and on the board of several museums. He has been a featured artist at the Ringling Museum of Art, the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum, Collier County Museum and Art Basel Miami Beach's History Spotlight series. His works are now part of the permanent collections of museums and private collectors around the world.
